How do you send your parcels out?
UK Mainland deliveries are by courier and are fully trackable, UK Offshore and Overseas parcels are by Royal Mail and not trackable

How long does it take for parcels to arrive?
UK Mainland is a Next Working Day service, UK Offshore is 3 – 5 working days. NB Orders must be received by 10.00 am for Next Day Delivery

I want to send a gift – what happens if no one is there?
Our couriers cannot leave parcels without prior instruction, so a card will be left asking recipient to contact their local depot

How do I avoid this?
Give instructions and we’ll advise the courier eg ‘If out leave on step’ or ‘Leave Safe’

‘Leave Safe’ – what does that mean?
This means the courier will leave the parcel in an enclosed porch/garage or similar belonging to the property address, ensuring the parcel is not visible from the road, then post a card advising the recipients where the parcel has been placed

Do you send parcels abroad?
Yes, but entirely at customers’ own risk
