Fruit Top Christmas Cake
This is a proper, old-fashioned fruit top Christmas cake, for those who prefer to lose the extra layers of marzipan and icing. We start with the best available vine fruits and steep them in fine French brandy. Then we gently bake the cakes in small batches to ensure consistently high quality. Every cake is matured for a minimum of three months to be moist and full of flavour.
