Made to exactly the same award-winning recipe as our larger cakes and baked in its own delightful little wooden tray, this Christmas Loaf Cake is topped with marzipan and icing and finished with sugarpaste stars.

Cake: Salted butter [milk], whole free range egg, sultanas (6.79%), currants (6.79%), raisins (6.79%), wheat flour [calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamine], glace cherry halves (6.21%) [cherries, glucose, fructose syrup (wheat), citric acid, natural colour: anthocyanins, preservative: sulphur dioxide], dark soft brown sugar, mixed peel [orange peel (80%), lemon peel (20%), glucose-fructose syrup, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sulphur dioxide], walnuts, ground almonds, crystallised ginger [ginger, cane sugar], French Brandy (60% ABV), mixed spice, clove.
